PHP PassGen  
PHP PassGen is a fully customizable random password generator. It is much more advanced than other similar tools I have tested. Use your own password policy to generate passwords using any combination of lowercase letters, capital letters, numbers, and symbols. If desired, you can even use your own custom list of characters to use for generation. You can also specify the character length of each password and how many to generate at a time.

PHP Timed/view once Resource Protector
You can use this script along with your current log-in script. This script will allow you to restrict access to a particular file. The user can view the resource only once within a pre-set ammount of time. The username, password and date are written to a logfile. The script compares the username and password combonations for a match and determines if the alloted time limit has expired. If all is well the function returns back to your actual log-in script. There is a few configuration options like if you want to be notified if the user attempts to log-in a second time. The ipLogFile.txt file will need to have writable permissions (chmod 666) in order for the script to write the users data to the logfile.

PHP3 Cryption
PHP3 Cryption is a very hackable, insecure encryption function that shouldn't be used for anything of great importance. Though the encryption is good, it's not going to hold up to the rigors of sophisticated cracking procedures. That said, PHP3 Cryption is a great way to encrypt and decrypt strings. Unlike many crypt functions, this goes both ways. Based on a password, you can encrypt or decrypt. You can also decrypt or encrypt numerous time, through looping or other methods. The alphabet of characters is also changeable. All these things allow you to modify and solidify the encryption.

phpAES
phpAES is a PHP 5 class. It can encrypt/decrypt data using 128, 192, and 256-bit AES cipher.
